Do I need to be on a specific website platform?
No. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, most builders, plus static and custom sites. We’ll confirm what’s possible during onboarding: some builders limit what anyone can change.
How quickly can you start?
Onboarding email within 1 business day of purchase. Once we have access: baseline audit in 3–5 business days, first maintenance pass in 5–10, depending on package.
What counts as an “update”?
Text, images, pages from existing templates, menus, hours, prices, forms, seasonal banners, and small layout tweaks in your current theme. New design, new templates, or custom code gets a quote.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Service continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Who owns the work you do?
You do. On payment, design files, copy, and page changes are yours. Domain, hosting, and accounts were always yours. We hand over source files on request.
How fast do you respond?
2 business days on Foundation, 1 on Momentum, same day on Partner for requests before 3:00 PM [PLACEHOLDER: business time zone]. Site-down: 1 business day, 4 hours, and 2 hours respectively.
